Suez court renews detention of 15 muslim brotherhood

Suez Misdemeanor Court turned down on Thursday an appeal by five leaders of Muslims Brotherhood against their custody.

The court renewed their detention for 15 days pending investigations over charges of inciting violence.

The suicide were arrested by the national security officers in April upon the request of the prosecution.

They were charged with inciting violence and rampaging citizens following the break-up of Rabaa sit-in camp in August 2013.

According to a security source, the detained MBs are involved in a number of terror-related cases.
