Suez security chief Tarek el-Gazzar inspected Wednesday night security services outside churches in the governorate.
El-Gazzar ensured the adopted security measures, and urged assigned police officers and personnel to be on alert.
He stressed that there were security patrols that tour the province to secure the New Year's celebrations.
