A suicide bomber blew himself on board a bus with Iranian Shiite pilgrims, killing two and wounding 10 others in the north of Baghdad on Tuesday.
The interior ministry spokesman said Tuesday's attack happened in the town of Taji.
He added the bomber detonated his explosives as the pilgrims were getting off the bus at a gas station.
