The Syrian army killed extremists belonging to Daesh terrorist group on Saturday in Sweida, southern Syria, said a Syrian military source.
An army unit clashed with Daesh terrorists after monitoring their movements from the direction of Khirbat Sa’ad towards Bouthaina hill in the northeastern countryside of Sweida province, the source told SANA.
The extremists were killed in the clashes, their vehicles destroyed and their heavy machine gun, various types of arms and ammunition were damaged.
