The Takfiri terrorists tried to penetrate into Al-Ashrafiya and Al-Surian districts of the Aleppo city, but to no avail.
Also in the past 24 hours, the Syrian army struck a major blow at the ISIL Takfiri group in Deir Ezzur province, killing and injuring a large number of the militants.

Meantime, Kurdish fighters, who regained on Monday the city of Kobani on the Syrian border with Turkey, said they would continue to fight to expel the ISIL terrorists from neighboring areas of the town.
