The Syrian army tightened security measures around Yarmouk refugee camp in southern Damascus following the clashes that erupted to prevent Daesh terrorist elements from controlling safe areas outside the camp, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported.
Violent clashes however continued between Daesh elements and Palestinian fighters in the area, Sky News TV quoted the observatory as saying.
