Syrian Minister of Defence Fahd Jassem arrived here on Tuesday on a visit to Iran leading a top-ranking delegation.

The visit is made at an invitation from his Iranian counterpart Hussein Dahqanm according to the Iranian FARS news agency.

The two sides will have talks on several issues of common concern atop of which comes means of fighting terrorism.
