A Cairo court on Saturday sentenced two persons to 25 years in prison over accusations of killing six people in Tahrir Square in July 2013.
The defendants, a Syrian national and an Egyptian, faced charges of committing violence and terror acts, killing six people and injuring a few others, in the wake of June 30 revolution.
They also attacked police forces and public facilities.
