Beirut - MENA
Syrian warplanes launched on Thursday two airstrikes targeting remote areas in the Bekaa Valley border town of Arsal, northeastern Lebanon.
Media reports said the airstrikes caused injuries among the militants.
Also, the Lebanese army sporadically bombed militants in the mountainous areas of Arsal.
Militants of Al-Qaeda-affiliated al-Nusra Front and Deash group have presence in eastern Lebanon's mountain chains on border with Syria.
