Syrian opposition said they formed an operation room in the northern city of Aleppo, Dubai-based Al Arabiya television reported on Monday.

It said the move aimed at fully controlling the city and called on other factions to join.

The television said a number of armed factions affiliated to the Syrian opposition met and announced the joint operation room.
