The Syrian opposition announced taking over a military base in Idlib city, northwest of the country, after one of its fighters drove an explosives-loaded truck into the site.

The truck was loaded with two tons of explosives when it stormed the base, allowing the fighters to control it, “Al Arabiya Al Hadath” TV quoted senior fighter at “Ahrar Al Sham” movement Hossam Abu Bakr as saying.
