Rebel fighters man anti-aircraft weapons

Syrian regime forces and their allied militants have committed a massacre in Retian in north Syria, the Syrian Observatory of Human Rights (SOHR) said on Saturday.
The SOHR said it had documented the crime committed by the Syrian regime forces when they broke into the town of Retian in Aleppo in north Syria on Tuesday.
They killed in cold blood 48 Syrian people, including 13 fighters with their families (10 children, 5 women), most of them were executed in their homes without any resistance, it elaborated.
The SOHR said that the UN Security Council and its members shoulder moral responsibility for the continuation of continuing massacres committed against the Syrian people during the past 4 years, due to failure to take action against the regime, and to send these "war crimes" to the International Criminal Court (ICC).
