A Syrian woman and her seven children drowned at Aegean Sea on Thursday while they were trying to arrive in Greece.
The sole survivor was the family's father.
The father has blamed smugglers for what happened to his family while they were fleeing from Daesh militants in Syria.
In a related context, the United Nations Refugee Agency said that around 750,000 refugees and migrants have arrived in Greek shores this year alone.
