Tahrir Square was reopened to traffic early Saturday.
Scores of military vehicles are still deployed near Cairo's downtown square, according to MENA reporter.
The square was closed on Friday after the April 6 movement called for protests against former president Hosni Mubarak's acquittal verdict.
