Tahya Masr (Long Live Egypt) fund has earmarked EGP 2 million for constructing a model village in Luxor. 

Head of Luxor's Esna municipality Mohammed Sayed Soliman said that a plot of land was allocated to the project. 

The village is expected to serve villagers who work in 130 feddans in Hanadi village and other neighboring villages, he added.
