The Cabinet decided on Tuesday that Thursday will be a holiday in all government offices on the occasion of the New Suez Canal inauguration.

Cabinet spokesman Hossam Qawish said the decision will enable the citizens to join the celebration of the mega project inauguration.

The inauguration of the project is expected to be attended by a number of world heads of state.
