The National Election Commission is due to hold next Wednesday a press conference at Sharjah Hall of the University of Khartoum through which it will declare the timetable of the national elections for the year 2015, said the member of the commission, Dr. Safwat Fanous.
He said in a statement to SUNA that the commission has approved at a meeting before Eid Al-Fitr the timetable of the elections, indicating that the Chairman of the National Election Commission, Dr. Mukhtar Al-Assam, will announce on August 6 the elections' timetable.
He said that the timetable includes all stages of the election process.
