Minya police on Wednesday nabbed a top leading member of the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood Group over instigation charges.
Mustafa Essa, a former assistant to Minya governor, faces charges of instigating violence and illegal protests.
The prosecution was notified to launch a probe.
