A commander of the Libyan Operation Dignity has succumbed to wounds he sustained earlier.
Colonel Gomaa Tantosh received a bullet to the head while clashing with Fajr Libya militants in al Aziziya town in western Libya two weeks ago.
He was admitted to a hospital suffering from a coma, where he breathed his last.
A funeral prayer was held for him following the afternoon prayer at Tobruk square.
