ourism Minister Hisham Zaazou approved of extending the activities of (Egypt in our hearts) initiative from January 28 till May 30, 2016.

He also included the tourist cities of Dahab, Taba and Nuweiba in the initiative.

The initiative comes in the framework of the efforts exerted by the Tourism Ministry and the Tourism Promotion Authority to encourage citizens to participate in the event especially that the initiative will coincide with the mid-year vacation which allows more people to travel to tourist sites.

The Head of the Tourism Promotion Authority Samy Mahmoud said that the initiative aims at bolstering domestic tourism and increasing the occupancy rates in hotels.
