A Memorandum of Understanding was signed on Sunday between the Egyptian Trade and Industry Ministry and the Islamic Corporation for the Insurance of Investment and Export Credit (ICIEC) to launch programs to support junior exporters.

Trade Minister Tareq Qabil said the agreement aims at encouraging exporters to open new markets, especially in Africa.

Under this deal, a workgroup will be formed to create a mechanism to provide information on exported products, he added.
