The traffic movement on the Cairo-Alexandria agriculture road in Qaliub resumed after firefighters have put out a huge fire at one of plastic factories.
The preliminary investigations showed that the cause of the fire was a short circuit.
The plastic factory incurred loses of about EGP 2 mln.
A report was filed and the prosecution was notified to launch a probe.
