Transitional Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Ibrahim el Henidi mourned on Saturday the three judges who were shot dead by gunmen in Sinai.
In a statement, Henidi asserted that such coward terrorist act would not affect the judiciary's role in fighting terrorism and achieving justice.
He expressed condolences to the families of the slain judges.
Earlier, a group of unknown gunmen opened fire on a car carrying the four judges leaving three killed while the forth was injured and carried to hospital.
