Transport Minister Hani Dahi rushed to Egypt's main train station in Ramses district after a 'sound bomb' went off earlier.
The bomb was set off inside a train with no casualties reported.
It occurred in the rear of Train 10, which arrived from Alexandria at 12:05 p.m. and stopped at Platform 2, but after the passengers have gotten off the train, President of the Egyptian National Railways Samir Nawar told MENA.
Slight damage was caused to four train seats and the police are combing the station right now, he said.
