Transport Minister Hani Dahi paid a surprise visit to Ramses Railway Station, the main railway in Cairo, on Sunday.
The minister inspected the train movements on all lines.
He further issued directives to the officials to provide all means of comfort and security to the passengers.
The minister also met with a number of passengers and listened to their complaints and demands.
