Minya Criminal Court decided to put off to September 13 the trial of 11 defendants, who belong to the Muslim Brotherhood (MB), in the riot incidents of Samallot.

The decision came to allow the defense team to resume their argument.

The same court decided to adjourn to November 6 the trial of 10 MB defendants in the Beni Mazar riot incidents.

The court made the decision for the same reason.

The general prosecution accused the perpetrators in January of inciting violence, joining a banned group as well as organizing protests against the police and the army.
