Trial of 30 members of the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood (MB) group will resume on Thursday in Sohag governorate, Upper Egypt.
Eight defendants are in detention while 22 others are being tried in absentia.
They are accused of rioting and storming a police station in 2013.
