Minya criminal court resumed on Saturday the trial of 347 defendants, who are accused of inciting violence in Minya governorate.

During the previous, the court listened to the pleadings of 100 defendants and the testimonies of the prosecution witnesses.

They are facing charges of murdering a policeman, setting fire to a police station and possessing firearms.

The court session was held amid tough security measures.
