The Suez Military Court on Tuesday postponed the trial of 40 defendants over violence charges till April 12 session.
They are accused of killing citizens and attacking security forces in the governorate on the second anniversary of the 25 January revolution.
A judicial source said that the suspects face charges of murder and targeting citizens as well as police forces.
Thirty-three defendants attended the court session amid high security measures, while seven others are still at large.
