Tunisia's defense and interior ministers inspected on Saturday Ras Ajdir crossing on the border with Libya.
The ministers were posted during the visit on efforts exerted by security and military bodies to secure and run the terminal.
Tunisia closed the crossing due to the chaos in Libya.
