The Arab League (AL) underlined the importance of holding the third Arab Developmental Summit here at the beginning of 2016.

AL Deputy Secretary General for the Social Affairs Sector Badr Eldin Alaly said on Sunday that the developmental summit convenes every two years and it was expected to be held at the beginning of 2015.

It was postponed to 2016 at the request of the Tunisian government, he noted.
