Tunisian Court of Appeal decided handing over Libyan leader in Fajr Libya forces Walid al Qalib temporarily to his country's authorities.

In statements on Thursday, the spokesman of the court Karim al Shaby said that the court's session came in response to a request submitted by the Libyan authorities to hand over al Qalib.

This comes in light of the agreement signed between Tunisia and Libya pertaining to handing over criminals.
