A Turkish court decided Tuesday to release 12 Egyptian citizens, including three children, the Turkish authorities had arrested in Adana for attempting to join the terrorist group of Daesh through crossing the Turkish borders, an assistant to the foreign minister said.

The nationals have been referred to the foreigners and immigration office to start deportation procedures, the Egyptian Consulate in Istanbul said.
