Berlin - Arab Today
The turnout for the second phase of the parliamentary vote at the Egyptian Embassy in Berlin and the consulates in Frankfurt and Hamburg was four times more than the first phase, the ambassador here said.
Badr Abdel Aati said the turnout was 13 percent higher this time.
The vote-counting process took place Sunday night in the presence of Abdel Aati and Arab League observers.
