UAE's Foreign Ministry summoned Sunday the Iranian Ambassador here Mohammed Reza Fayyad and handed him a protest note on the backdrop of the Iranian interference in the Saudi affairs.
UAE protested attacks carried against the Saudi diplomatic missions in Tehran and Mashhad cities which are considered a violation of the international laws and conventions, according to WAM News Agency.
Meanwhile, Saudi Arabia executed on Saturday 47 terrorists including Shia cleric Sheikh Nimr Baqir al Nimr which prompted Iranians to organize protests and attacks on the Saudi Embassy in Tehran setting it ablaze.
