Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General and Head of the United Nations Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL) Martin Kobler urged Libyan Constitutional Drafting-Assembly's boycotting members to reconsider their boycotting decision.
In a tweet on Sunday, Kobler said "Boycotting should not be practice. A culture of dialogue, participation and change from within is much more effective, builds better consensus."
Meanwhile, one of Constitutional Drafting-Assembly's boycotting members Itimad Al Maslati said she wishes that dialogue will lead to a change in the assembly's stance, adding that the assembly is practicing a kind of "dictatorship".
At the end of January, 11 members of the assembly announced their boycott to it and that they will not approve any decisions issued by the assembly.
