UN Special Representative to Libya Martin Kobler expressed fears over a possible formation of an alliance between Daesh and other terrorists in North Africa with Libya as its center.

In press statements published here on Sunday, Kobler said there are terrorist groups in southern Libya, such as Boko Haram in Nigeria, adding that Daesh seeks to move in this direction to reach an alliance with these organizations and the international community should prevent that.
