UN Envoy for Libya, Martin Kobler, has urged all Libyan factions to be part of a political agreement, currently in the pipeline.

"Train is moving fast towards signing I urge everyone to join," he tweeted on Friday, noting that the meeting with Libyan stakeholders was "good and fruitful".

Kobler had held a number of meetings with officials during his visits to Egypt, Tunisia, Algeria and a number of EU countries.
