UN Humanitarian Coordinator in Libya Ali Zaatari on Tuesday urged the international community to provide aid to those who are affected by the conflict in the North African country.
On December 9, the UN called on the international community to provide $165.6 million in aid to Libya to help 1.3 million people out of 2.4 million affected persons, Zaatari was quoted by a statement issued by the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) in Cairo as saying.
