The upcoming negotiations will focus on forming a national government in Syria, holding elections and amending constitution, said UN special envoy for Syria Staffan de Mistura.

In a press conference, De Mistura said that negotiations will kick off in Geneva on Monday and will run until March 25. 

The negotiations will be extended when necessary, he added.
