Vice President of the UAE, its Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum arrived in Riyadh Tuesday to participate in the 15th consultative meeting of Their Majesties and Highnesses the leaders of the GCC States, due to start here later today.
