Planning Minister Ashraf el Araby said on Thursday that work groups will be formed at all ministries to achieve administrative reforms.

The "Egypt 2030" work groups will be chosen from the public rehabilitation program, Araby said.

He added that administrative reforms are the gate to achieving economic and social renaissance.
