Balloting is going on regularly in the electoral committees of Bab el Sharia, Abdeen and Moski in downtown Cairo with the start of voting in the second phase of parliamentary elections.
Voters started casting their ballots amidst intensive security measures by joint forces of the police and army.
Turnout on voting is still weak in the early hours of voting and most of the voters are elders and housewives.
