The Yemeni Foreign Ministry on Friday mourned Saudi King Abdullah bin Abdel Aziz Al Saud.
The ministry, in a statement, expressed sadness and sorrow over the death of the Saudi king, who "devoted his life to serve his country and nation, and was the best brother of Yemen in its critical conditions."
"King Salman is a worthy successor to the best predecessor," the statement said.
The ministry also expressed hope that the strong brotherly bilateral relations would witness further development to meet the aspirations of the two peoples.
