The Yemeni Embassy in Cairo regretted on Sunday an attack by stranded Yemenis on its headquarters Saturday night.

"The angry youth hurled stones at the embassy and broke its windows before they tried to storm it by force," the embassy said.

It added that the work inside the embassy was not affected by the attack.
