Yemeni Foreign Minister Riyadh Yassin denied any new political initiatives presented to solve the Yemeni crisis, pointing out that there is continuous contact with UN envoy Ismail Ould Cheikh Ahmed.

In statements to Alarabiya Alhadath channel on Saturday, Yassin said that the news about new initiative is untrue.

Yassin asserted that the Houthi-Saleh militias should withdraw from all the Yemeni cities that they occupy, adding that the government seeks restoring Yemen as a whole.
