Yemeni President Abdel Rabou Mansour Hadi on Saturday issued a decree appointing Brigadier General Abdel Rehim Ahmed Salim Ateeq as commander of the 2nd military zone based in Al Mukallah City, southeastern Yemen, the Saudi Press Agency reported.

The second article of the decree stipulated promoting Ateeq to a General rank.
