President Abderabbou Mansour Hadi Saturday evening telephoned Saudi Deputy Crown Prince, Second Deputy Premier and Defense Minister Prince Mohamed Ben Salman.

The two sides tackled the latest developments on the Yemeni arena in light of the advancement of the national army troops and the popular resistance, supported by the Arab alliance forces, the Yemeni news agency reported Sunday.

The Saudi official congratulated the Yemeni president on his return to Aden, the interim capital of Yemen, and asserted the kingdom's support to the Yemeni republic and legitimate government.
