Sanaa - MENA
Negotiations continued among rival parties in Yemen under a United Nations sponsorship to reach a solution to the political crisis in the country.
UN mediator Jamal Benomar had announced on Thursday that the rival groups had agreed to form a "transitional people's assembly" to help govern the country and solve the deepening political crisis.
He said that further dialogue was needed on the arrangements for government ministries.
President Abdrabbuh Mansour Hadi resigned in January after a takeover by the Shiite militia group, the Houthis.
