Yemeni President Abd Rabbuh Mansour Hadi issued a decree appointing Major General Seif Saleh Mohsen al Dhalaee as Deputy Chief of Staff for Technical Affairs.

Al Dhalae, who picked for the post, served as the commander of the fourth military battalion in Aden and member of the advisory council of the supreme commander of the Armed Forces.

In a related context, a plane carrying a number of Yemeni government officials landed here after the popular resistance committees backed with the Saudi-led coalition forces liberated Aden Airport from Houthi militants.
